File formats:
HTML
For Amazon Kindle I provide a HTML file. Clean HTML files upload fast and convert without problems to Kindle books in KDP system. Other formats are possible on request.
DOC
For Smashwords I provide a .doc file in accordance with their requirement.
DOCX/PDF
For CreateSpace I provide a .docx or a .pdf file.
Prices and payment:
Prices are for fiction with no images. Other kinds of works are not currently accepted. Please make sure that your book is edited and checked for errors before sending it for formatting.
AMAZON
Conversion from Word document: $20 for 50.000 words. +$5 for each additional 10.000 words.
Conversion from other formats: $25 for 50.000 words. +$5 for each additional 10.000 words.
SMASHWORDS
Conversion from Word document: $30 for 50.000 words. +$5 for each additional 10.000 words.
Conversion from other formats: $35 for 50.000 words. +$5 for each additional 10.000 words.
CREATESPACE
Conversion from Word document: $100 for 50.000 words. +$10 for each additional 10.000 words.
Other source formats are not currently accepted.
Special rates apply for larger, multi-format commissions.
Payment is via PayPal in your own currency (consult the daily rates). First half is paid on accepting the assignment and the rest on delivery.

I have a selection of pre-designed layouts for CreateSpace paperback interiors as the basis of the design. If you are commissioning a formatting for your paperback, let me know which one you prefer, as well as the trim size of your book, which you can find here (under print options).
